All orders ship from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days depending on the country.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your CRO Store purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Swimwear and intimates are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at salescrostore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
- Ship the item(s) back to our Miami warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Need a different size or color? Email us at salescrostore@gmail.com and we'll help you find the perfect fit. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right - replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
